Service commitment:
Receive customer’s mails and calls in workdays; respond within 24 hours.

Service policy:
1. The quality warranty period is 1 year for the whole machine, 3 years for the major components and parts (electric control panel, blower motor, sensor) and 5 years for the air compressor.
2. CHIGO After Service Department shall verify the key batch quality issues, provide the fittings and render technical support.
3. If necessary, CHIGO After Service Department shall assign the associated technical personnel to solve the problems on site.
